These terms of service apply to all services purchased by you (the client) and Pippa’s Pooches. All services are subject to availability. Description of the services on this website do not constitute a contract but are an invitation to place an order with Pippa’s Pooches.

Pippa’s Pooches reserves the right to reject an order for any reason once submitted, but will provide you with due notice.

Your information will be retain and used as per GDPR guidelines. Pippa’s Pooches may take photographs and videos during training events, if you do not wish these to be used on social media it is your responsibility to indicate this prior to the event. Participation in workshops/classes/events is taken at your own risk, therefore please be aware you should have your own third-party liability insurance for your dog. During these events you are fully responsible for any damages/harm carried out either by yourself, or your dog. Pippa’s Pooches does not take any responsibility for any damage/harm done to a person/object (eg. personal belongings, vehicles, buildings, dogs) during any training sessions and /or activities.

Pippa’s Pooches takes all reasonable precautions during training sessions to avoid injury resulting from dog bites. We do not accept responsibility for damage or injury as a result from dog bites occurring to clients or their dogs during training. Pippa’s Pooches would like to make all clients aware of the The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (section 3) which applies to all 1:1s, workshops and classes.

Pippa’s Pooches reserves the right to remove a client from any event for any reason as they see fit, this includes; use of aversive methods, use of aversive equipment, failure to follow instructions, causing a disruption or for the safety of others in the session.

Pippa’s Pooches requires a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, or payment for that session will be forfeited. A maximum of two 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled. Payment of a service infers your agreement to the cancellation policy.

Payment for 1:1 sessions is required immediately on booking, should payment not be received then your session will be made available to other clients.
